Review process
All manuscripts submitted are evaluated by Editor-in-Chief or assigned to one of the Subject Editors, who are then responsible for selecting reviewers and monitoring the progress of the review process. The Editor have the right to decline formal review of a manuscript when the topic of manuscript is outside the scope of the Journal, manuscript is poorly written or lacking in significance.
The manuscript is assigned to two carefully chosen independent qualified reviewers outside the institution affiliated by authors. Authors are asked to submit the names and affiliations (including e-mail address) of two potential reviewers favorably one should be affiliated in institution established in a country other than the author of publication. Proposed reviewers should have no conflict of interest with authors. The Editors are under no obligation to use specific individuals.
Both the reviewer and the author remain anonymous (the double-blind review process). Once a year the journal is given the list of cooperating reviewers.
A letter with decision and copies of the reviewers’ reports will be sent from the Editor to the corresponding author. If the manuscript is accepted, but requires some revisions, the corresponding author will be notified at which time the revised manuscript should be returned to the Editor. If the manuscript is rejected, the corresponding authors will also be informed by e-mail.
